Shipping & return Policy

SHIPPING

In-store collection- FREE 
We offer a free collection service from either of our stores- Lewes or Alfriston. At checkout, please enter your shipping address. After doing so, you can select one of the in-store pickup options.
To avoid paying shipping on orders including e-vouchers and physical vouchers please select the pick up in store option at checkout.

UK standard shipping- We charge a flat rate of £2.95 + £1 per item. Please subscribe to our newsletter to receive promos and discounted shipping!

RETURNS
We hope you are pleased with your products, so if for any reason you are unhappy - please get in touch ASAP and we will sort out the problem. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact our customer support at info@reformery.co.uk and we are happy to assist you with your request

Should you wish to return an unwanted item, please do so within 15 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and in a sellable condition. We regret that any items received that are not in a sellable condition will not be able to be refunded unless they are faulty.
To return your product, simply drop into our salon or post your product to us at either address below. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty Items
Our products are manufactured and inspected to the highest standards.  If, however, your item is faulty please contact customer services via our contact us page. Once inspected by our quality team, any faulty products will be exchanged or a full refund will be processed.

Reformery/The Barber Shop Lewes is not liable for the loss of an item being returned. We cannot process your return until we receive your goods via post only.
